About Hili
Homes outlive their paperwork. Hili fixes that.
Ask most homeowners how old their water heater is, which white is on the hallway trim, or who rewired the panel — and the answer lives in a drawer, a lost email, or nowhere at all. When the house is sold, most of that knowledge leaves with the old owner.
Hili HQ — the Home Intelligent Ledger Interface — is a permanent, dated record of the physical home: its major systems, appliances, finishes, paints, contractors and documents. You snap a photo or say what happened; Hili organizes it and keeps it for good.
When a house sells, years of care usually vanish. With Hili, the record passes to the buyer with one secure code — proof the home was looked after, and an easier start for the next owner. The seller keeps a permanent, read-only copy: the repairs, the memories, and the paints and pros worth bringing to the next home.
What we stand by
Never guess
If Hili can't read a model number or date with certainty, it asks you. Estimates are always labelled “est.” — a record is only worth keeping if you can trust it.
History is permanent
When a furnace is replaced or a room repainted, the old one moves into your home's timeline with its receipts. Nothing quietly disappears.
Dated by evidence
Photos and documents are placed by when they were taken or issued — not when you happened to upload them.
Your home, your data
We don't sell records, build contractor lead lists, or train public AI on your photos. Shared pro cards carry only what you choose.
Who it's for
Homeowners who want to stay ahead of repairs; small-time entrepreneurs running a rental, an Airbnb or a few doors who want every property run like a pro operation; and the realtors, builders and property managers who hand homes from one owner to the next.
